Name him[a] Jezreel;[b]
    because in a little while I will punish[c] the house of Jehu[d]
    for the blood[e] of Jezreel,[f]
        and I will put an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel.[g]
On that day[h]
    I will break the bow of Israel
        in the Valley of Jezreel.”

And she conceived again and bore a daughter, and he[i] said to him,

Name her[j] Lo-ruhamah,[k]
for I will no longer have pity
    on the house of Israel
        or forgive them.[l]
